Envisioning
your Web design through its stakeholders’ eyes may reveal some critical
issues you hadn’t considered in your initial design and should save
time down the line. Of course, it is impossible to anticipate everyone’s
comments and concerns, but by brainstorming in advance, you should
be able to form some persuasive arguments ahead of time that will
help you think on your feet if the need should arise. The Sample
Stakeholders Planning Chart is an example of a basic brainstorming
matrix you can use to strategize.
